Mid-year 2020, Tony's Restaurant in Houston, Texas decided to adapt their menu to meet the needs of the surrounding community.

Creekstone Farms Cure Camp

Cure Camp is a hands-on, culinary experience for the chef community to expand their knowledge on all things meat. The event was held at The Square, a premier food hall and market, led by Charcutier Michael (Sully) Sullivan and Master Butcher T.C. Turner. During the event, participants learned innovative ways to maximize the value of Creekstone Farms’ superior beef and pork. Guests experienced live demonstrations, learned how to break down whole meats and primals, enjoyed dining experiences, networked with other chefs and built lasting industry connections.

Mr. Meat Master - Redefining the World of Beef

Rafael decides to expand his knowledge about the beef products he sells. He heads to the American Great Plains. There, Rafael visits his main supplier Creekstone Farms and heads to the cattle ranches where he learns about genetics and how the cattle are raised. He visits the feedlots to learn how they're fed. And lastly, Rafael tours the Creekstone Farms plant to learn about the complexity of beef processing.
